　　3月7日晚，财付通发文称，3月7日，国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步优化支付服务提升支付便利性的意见》，提及充分考虑老年人、外籍来华人员等群体需求，做好适老化、国际化等服务安排。在人民银行、外汇局的支持和指导下，财付通围绕“适老化升级”已落实多项举措。
