汪文斌补充称，同时我们也依然要强调，综合来看，中国仍然是一个发展中国家，这既有着坚实国情的事实依据，也有着坚实的国际法基础。中国作为发展中国家的权利是任何国家都不应当剥夺的。同时，我们也随着自身国力的发展，积极为推动人类进步事业，为推动全球发展做出我们越来越大的贡献。

　　早在2022年9月29日，中国人民银行、中国银行保险监督管理委员会曾发布《关于阶段性调整差别化住房信贷政策的通知》，对当年6~8月新建商品住宅销售价格环比、同比均连续下降的城市，阶段性自主决定维持、下调或取消首套房商贷利率下限。
